Dear Patrons and Friends of Cocina Candela,

Regrettably, despite our best efforts toward a different outcome, we lost our lease at our Montclair location. Sadly, our last day of being open at that location and being able to receive our guests was December 15, 2021.

Unfortunately, this happened unexpectedly and at a very quick pace which prevented us from making advanced arrangements for an alternate location. Consequently, we are still in the process of exploring potential new sites for our restaurant. We are hopeful that we will be able to achieve quick results and have the ability to resume our operations at a new site soon.

We would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank our many loyal guests and supporters that continually made our work enjoyable. We hope to see you soon.
